Make batter for chappathi with the wheat flour,salt and water.Keep it aside for 25 min.
Make it into small lemon shaped balls and keep aside.
Squeeze out tuna from tin and mix it with salt and pepper powder.
Heat this mix in a fry pan coated with butter, fry well until cooked.
Take this mix in bowl and mix it with all other ingredients.
Take the dough balls and flatten it and keep the tuna mix in the center.
Fold the flattened dough as shown in the picture.
Steam it this in a steamer or idly steamer,it will take approximately 15 min.
Momos is ready
Dipping sauce:Boil 1 tomato and deseeded dry red chilly in water and filter it .
Grind this along with salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper powder without water.
Flattened dough should be soft like dough for poories.
Momos should be steamed in oil coated steamer.
